LET "HOME CARE" SERVICE HELP YOU MAINTAIN YOUR INDEPENDENCE

If you need assistance, Brian Estates Home Care provides pre-arranged, pre-scheduled services in any apartment, any time of the day or night. These services range from medication reminders to mail delivery and nightly security checks to bathing assistance, housekeeping, meal delivery and personalized wellness programs, all provided by Certified Nursing Assistants under the direction of a Registered Nurse.

Special needs don't have to be the end of your independence. We can offer our home care service for residents who may need additional help while they continue to develop and expand their daily lives. Our desire is for residents to be independent and safe alone in their apartment home during times when staff is not scheduled. Home care visits are not "on demand." We are not an assisted living facility but rather a licensed home care service to serve you in your apartment home. An initial over-all medical condition assessment will be made to determine needs and to create an individualized physician-directed plan of care.
